Cetbix Login Instructions

Please follow the steps below to set up the Authenticator app and log in successfully.

Step 1: Download the Cetbix Authenticator App

Download the Cetbix Authenticator app from one of the following:

• Google Play Store (Click to Download)
• Apple App Store (Click to Download)
• Your organization’s approved app portal

Step 2: Log In to the Authenticator App

Open the Cetbix Authenticator app and log in using the credentials you received by email:

• App Code
• App PIN (password)

After logging in, you should see a circle rotating in the middle of the screen. This means the authenticator is active and ready.

Step 3: Log In to Cetbix

Go to https://www.cetbix.com and click Sign In.

1. Enter your email address and click Submit.  (FOR (SSO) - MICROSOFT OR GOOGLE SINGLE SIGN ON CLICK HERE)
2. You will then be asked to enter a Secret PIN.
3. Open the Cetbix Authenticator app and tap the circle in the middle of the screen. A number will be generated.
4. Enter this generated number in the Secret PIN field and complete the login.

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in, please complete the following steps after successfully signing in:

1. Go to Edit Profile.
2. Select Change App PIN (Password).
3. Set a new App PIN (password).

Important: The new App PIN will be the password you use whenever you log out of the Cetbix Authenticator app and need to log in again.
